A legally binding contract between TIBS and the client stipulates the duration that TIBS will be contracted to develop specified products and services for the client. TIBS will not be engaged to make any representations, contracts or commitment on behalf of the client without prior permission from the client. Payment of initial fees is acceptance of TIBS terms and conditions.

TIBS is a registered mobile and software application development company, and is legally bound to fulfill software and/or mobile application development services as stipulated in contract with client.

TIBS is the primary contractor for software and mobile development with the client. TIBS may sub-contract parts of development to third parties and will be fully responsible for quality and standards of sub-contractors.

Modifications to software and products requested by client must be approved within ten working days. Non-communication with regards to project progress lasting longer than ten working days will result in TIBS placing the project on hold until communication with the client is re-established. If deemed necessary, TIBS may submit a new quote to recommence the project.
